This villa was built into a mountainous three-level plot, with restricted space, where various spaces were created to be enjoyed. Large, tiered raised beds were built with top quality soil, which was non-existent previously and was brought in to ensure successful planting. Tropical plants were put in place with gravel covering high quality geotextile to prevent weeds, helping to reduce chemical fungicide treatments and, therefore, lowering maintenance costs.
